The W.P. Sawyer House & Garden is a beautiful historic spacious place, richly bedecked with roses, lilies, perennial borders, and elegant mature trees.  Available for your most memorable event are a number of gorgeous backdrops for a ceremony and/or reception, a finely appointed bride’s dressing room, live bandstand with large patio for dancing, covered kitchen/serving area, indoor restrooms and large spaces to seat 350 to 400 guests, and easily accessible related parking.  Country Garden Antiques can supply an open carriage and many other historical props for distinctive decorative effect. The Simonds Guest House, c.1908, next door, can provide comfortable and charming lodging for 10 to 12 overnight guests as well.
