For small receptions, WaterFire will create a personalized celebration on their patio for parties of 40 or fewer, or in a private space upstairs for up to 45 guests. Derrin’s culinary style reflects the bounty of Pacific Northwest harvests and he features the finest meats and seafood. Keep things simple or work with him to create an elaborate, custom menu.
