A polished American tavern serving thoughtful renditions of American classics, the Cowiche Canyon team believes in service first, followed by cooking that is rooted in craftsmanship, quality and “cravability.” Unique to Yakima, the Greenhouse private dining space sits beautifully on old bricks between the in-house bakery and attached outdoor patio. Industrial, modern and with an abundance of natural light, the Greenhouse is an ideal space for special functions. It’s a lovely space for rehearsal dinners and small to mid-sized receptions.
