WINE COUNTRY
This is Yakima Valley wine country. That means it's wine country unlike any other. This is where winemakers and vintners alike take their craft seriously but don't take themselves too seriously. So, they're ready to hang out, kick back and share their passion and pride for the exceptional wines that come out of our beautiful corner of the world. With more than 120 wineries across 70 miles, you and your guests will find the perfect pour. From casual gathering places to grand estates and contemporary spaces, come taste award-winning, handcrafted wines under sunny skies. Try something new with a wine tasting tour on horseback or bike, by carriage ride or wagon and more!

CRAFT BEER & HOPS
With 75% of our nation's hops grown in the Yakima Valley, we like to say we grow your beer! This is the only true, fresh from-the-source craft beer trail in the U.S. Our brewers and hop growers rub shoulders in the field and in the taproom, so innovation to produce experimental hops fuels creativity in the breweries. With more than a dozen breweries throughout the Valley, you'll taste the creative spirit! Most of the Valley's breweries are family friendly! -
FRESH FROM THE SOURCE
You won't find agricultural diversity like this anywhere else in the Pacific Northwest. More than 3,000 farms call Yakima County home. Yakima Valley restaurant chefs take inspiration straight from the field. During growing season, what you find on the menu just might have been growing a few miles away that morning. That's farm-fresh!
With more than 40 commercial crops and more than 1,000 varieties of fruits and vegetables, you can take your own hand-picked harvests home to your table or choose farm-fresh deliciousness from fruit stands and farmers markets throughout the Valley.

MUSIC & ARTS
The sweeping landscapes, rugged beauty, natural resources and diverse cultures of the Yakima Valley have long inspired visual artists who call the valley home. The tiny town of Tieton can't be missed as a hub of artisan businesses. Check out the enterprises at Mighty Tieton and learn more about other arts venues in the Valley. From live performances in the vineyards and tasting rooms to outdoor summer concerts in downtown Yakima, live music fills the wine country air.

OUTDOOR ADVENTURE
The Yakima Valley is the place to get outside under sunny skies! This is where you can hike, mountain bike, float the Yakima River, which is also Washington's only blue ribbon trout fishing stream, ride the Tieton River rapids, paddle board on Rimrock Lake, golf, climb stunning basalt columns and take a horseback ride through the vineyard all in a weekend. Your wedding guests won't have a dull moment.
